DEVELOPMENT OF INCIDENT DETECTION ALGORITHM BASED ON FUZZY LOGIC

Abstract:

The occurrence of the incident is one of the main causes of congestion roads. The development of effective incident management is an urgent problem in intelligent transport systems. The purpose of any strategy of incident management is the elimination incident for the shortest as soon as possible. In this paper, it was proposed detection algorithm of road accidents on the basis of fuzzy situational management, defined linguistic variables to describe the patterns of change in traffic, defined membership function and fuzzy rules to determine the current state of motion, derived pattern to determine control solutions for multidimensional systems.
