Abstract:

The article explained the base of education in Iraq and stages undergone points of weakness that has been incurred by the education in the history of Iraq, in addition to fundamental changes in education in the late nineteenth century and early twentieth century, which affected the economic and social aspects of the community and as a result of remarkable developments in the higher education sector, where the number of students, as well as increased the number of schools, which eventually led to the emergence of a unified education system of Iraq.
