Abstract:

Discusses the organization forecasting demand for transport services. Compiled short-term forecast of development of transport demand. The forecast is based on the continuous collection and processing of information. An account of the factors affecting the level of demand for transport services. It is proposed in the operational planning of cargo to predict the level of demand for transport services by the use of numerical harmonic analysis. The duration of the observation period is determined by the sample data. Sets the error of prediction, and a necessary number of significant coefficients of the predictive model. The level of demand for transport services and transport capabilities of the vehicles are consistent over several stages.
