SOFTWARE FOR SIMULATION OF WORK MACHINES REMOVE UNWANTED VEGETATION

Abstract:

At present one of the urgent tasks of the railway network of JSC «Russian Railways» is the removal of unwanted trees and shrubs from the strip withdrawal. Promising is a mechanical method of cleaning the strip of railways machines with manipulator installation. To simulate kinematic and dynamic parameters of these manipulators of machines was made up a set of programs written in Borland Delphi 6. For convenience of entering the input parameters were divided into several groups (geometric and kinematic parameters of the working body, removed vegetation, dynamic process). Taking into account a range of of input parameters, the program allows to simulate the position of the working body of the manipulator in the plan and profile of the railway to give the optimal values of the working area and the construction of the respective graphs.
