Abstract:

Create different types of software - an integral part of modern society, the existence of which is associated with the use of computer systems, information systems, data warehousing. The use of such technologies in order to address specific business challenges requires constant "refinement" of basic, versatile options for unique and specific needs of users. This category includes software such as text editors, compilers, CASE-tools, interpreters, etc. The article deals with the application software (middleware), which is created specifically for the maintenance of the professional activity of users. Naturally, users are placing a lot of requirements to them. The requirements are divided into technical, functional, organizational, ergonomic. Certainly one of these requirements is the reliability of the software application.
