Abstract:

A simulation model for the production of finished fabric of "Mogotex", built in imitation Powersim system, to automate the calculation of the cost of chemicals at the optimum combination of technological modes is present. The problem of determining the optimal combination of technological regimes in the production of a certain type of tissue under the criterion of minimizing the cost of resources and the time spent solved using streaming programming as a problem determining the shortest path or minimum resource consumption. A combination of technological modes with a minimum and maximum value of the cost of chemicals as the best and the worst result of the use of existing equipment was obtained. The integration algorithm of simulation model into a comprehensive enterprise information system through the use of complex software and information tools including MSExcel and PowerSim is present.
