Abstract:

In the article, which based on the example of LTD «The Strong nut» conducted economic calculations of the effectiveness of implementation of the new accounting personnel. Ensuring integrity of the enterprise and automated personnel records is the leading place in the enterprise management system. Since the accounting and control of the presence and movement of personnel is one of the most difficult and time-consuming parts of the accounting personnel and associated with the processing of large volumes of accounting data and complex calculations, the management of «The Strong nut», it was decided to automate the process of accounting personnel using modern computer programs. Available in the enterprise personnel records system has shown a lot of problems that «The Strong nut», unfortunately, I was unable to cope. In this regard, it was decided to replace the existing personnel records for a new one.
