Abstract:
Based on the current situation at the moment, oil and gas industry in the Russian Federation occupies a dominant role, which is obvious from the state´s interest in promoting its development. But for the implementation of large and important projects require highly skilled staff of experts.
The article clearly demonstrates how to build a human resource management system, which takes place in the organization. They will be identified pros and cons of the system formed. Detailed description of where there is a primary selection of candidates and their fate, with a positive response after the interview.
