CORPORATE YOUTH POLICY AS AN ELEMENT OF SOCIAL POLICY IN THE RUSSIAN COMPANIES

Abstract:

Young people – is that part of the population which does not yet play a decisive role in the country´s life, but of which directly affect the future of all other socio-demographic groups. Therefore, it is important for the state to provide a full set of conditions conducive to "good start" Youth, timely and successful integration in the sphere of social and labor relations. In today´s world, is experiencing the global economic crisis, the entry of young people into society, engaging its proper place in the labor market is particularly difficult. Therefore, in our country requires careful development of youth policy program aimed at addressing the entire spectrum of problems of youth. In this regard, the actual experience is the study of the organization of work with young people in those countries that have achieved in this area of tangible progress. Social-democratic model of social policy being implemented in northern European countries, of course, allows you to achieve very good results in solving the problems of youth. The paper studied the necessity of creation of youth policy at the enterprise and considered ways to implement youth policy, which will help facilitate the work with young people. The article also analyzes the problems that may arise in the way of implementation of this policy in the Russian organizations.
