Abstract:
The global competition and swiftness of changes require constant training and development of employees to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. Modern organizations use their resources (money, time, energy, information, etc.) for permanent training and advancement of their employees. Only those companies can become competitive whose leaders understand that training, staff development is the key to success. This article is dedicated to modern approaches to staff training.
