Abstract:

The article discusses the items of the necessity of stress management of employees. The modern interpretation of stress concept is given, as well as the factors that cause it. It is noted, that the task of control and prevention of stress in work collective is the competent and responsible stress management. The authors show the specific set of measures and the results of stress management by the example of the transport company LLC «Rail Continent».
