Abstract:

In the conditions of development and widespread introduction of the automated information and measuring monitoring systems and the accounting of the electric power (AIIS KUE) the problem of identification of an electric condition of the distributive electric networks (DEN) of 0,4 kV in real time is actual. For this purpose formalization of a problem of an assessment of parameters of the complex currents and tension operating in an electric network is carried out. At the same time the criteria condition received for creation of mathematical model of the dynamic systems described by the differential equations is used. On the basis of this criteria condition the algorithm of identification of the specified RES parameters with use of the measuring data arriving from the counters of the electric power installed at consumers of energy is offered. Results of researches are directed to an operational assessment of technical losses of the electric power in a distributive network and managements by them as a part of AIIS KUE.
