METHODS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF A UNIFIED AND COMPETITIVE PAY SYSTEM BY GRADES ON THE MOTOR COMPANY

Abstract:

The article considers the system of remuneration by the method of grades. Identified two main types of this system, namely the grading of posts and grading of employees. In improving the remuneration system in the road transport company, used the grading of posts. The studies were conducted in the motor transportation division of the company "Тransgidrostroy". The position was estimated mark-factor method. Based on the data power function, reflecting the number of points and the respective wage. Indexed wages and developed stage of the salaries of each grade. A sociological survey identified set of privileges for each grade. Examines the positive and negative aspects of the grading system.
