Abstract:

The article discusses the results performed at the Department of "Automation of production processes" (APP), the Moscow State Automobile and Road Technical University (MADI) forces the authors and fourth-year students, under the guidance of Head of Department of APP. Leading the development of an educational-laboratory stand for the study of automation implemented in the programmable controllers. Also in the article the example of implementation of the program for the priority scheme, programmable relay connection and communication between them. The urgency and the need for such a project, according to the authors, is that today´s graduates of technical specialties, in particular in the direction of preparation 15.03.04 – " Automation of technological processes and production ", are not able to meet the challenges of testing and debugging really designed box automation.
