Abstract:

In the article the specificity of management of investment projects in the services sector, the main features and stages of project management, analyzed the key success factors during project implementation, the investment attractiveness of the project, identified the main features and developed a plan for the further development aimed at the development of the tourism industry in the Republic of Crimea.
