INTERRELATION OF LABOR BEHAVIOR WITH PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES

Abstract:

In article the interrelation of labor behavior with professional competences is considered. True professionals of the business achieve results due to certain aspects of the behavior in the course of work, business qualities, knowledge and skills, so-called competences. Correctly formulated set of competences on each position considerably facilitates process of management of personnel: at a stage of selection, an assessment or development. In addition accurately designated competences help to estimate, how effectively shown labor behavior of each certain employee, work of division or organization in general. The author of article gives classification of competences, the attention is paid to an assessment of professional competences at all stages of the movement of personnel. In the conclusion is emphasized importance of a role of the management in determination of competences, an assessment of their presence at the staff of the company and, in case of need, their developments.
