Abstract:

The paper examines the impact of information technology on modern career management specialist. Information technology is an important and indispensable tool in any professional activity in his professional working life as well as in planning and managing their own development, which is key to building an effective career. Construction of interpersonal communication to establish new contacts and maintain communication with existing contacts became more effective with the advent of information technology as social and professional social networks, and the development of personal, professional knowledge and skills has become affordable and convenient with the advent of e-learning training and technology of virtual conferences.
