Abstract:
In the article the basic definition of "intellectual capital", on the basis of which it appears to the structure, which includes the human, structural and customer capital. Indicate how they differ from each other. Attention is paid to the peculiarities and risks associated with the use of intellectual capital. And in the end offered some human capital management techniques, through which you can leave the key knowledge in the company.
