Abstract:

The article deals with the concept of intellectual capital of the university. Intellectual capital and its evaluation are becoming increasingly important for the effective operation of higher education institutions, both domestic and foreign. University intellectual capital implies an all intangible assets that are available at the university. Evaluation of university intellectual capital helps to identify problem areas in the university´s activities and its benefits. It will help in the creation and development of existing business relationships with organizations. The article discussed methods of evaluating the intellectual capital. the indicator most commonly used methods for evaluating the intellectual capital of the university. Each university for himself decides for himself which of tracer techniques it would be more efficient to use. The system of indicators to assess the intellectual capital of national universities formed by elements of the structure of the intellectual capital of the university.
