Abstract:

The article discusses the use of expert-simulation approach to solving tasks of analysis of motor vehicle accident (MVA). The paper describes subject area of issues of examination and analysis of traffic accidents. Also in the article is considered, as an experiment, a real traffic accident where an expert is necessary to determine the fact of violation of traffic rules on speed limits. The expert system «Analysis MVA» is for this purpose offered to use. Also in the article we carry out reconstruction of events road accident, which has been simulated in the Virtual CRASH 3.0 environment.
