Abstract:

One of the most important tasks of the management of industrial and economic activity of modern enterprises is the quality of business processes management, as well as the quality of the business process directly depends on the effectiveness, efficiency and, as a consequence, the level of profitability and financial and economic stability of the enterprise. The article offers a method of designing the mechanism of quality control of the business process. Method is universal and can be used by any enterprise.
