SOCIAL NETWORKS AS A TOOL IN THE WORK OF MODERN RECRUITER

Abstract:

Information technology is the challenge of our time to improve the quality and speed of execution of functions by the Manager of recruitment, among which a special place is occupied by the recruiting staff. Its main task consists in the search and selection of candidates for vacant positions (jobs) that meet the requirements of the candidate. This rapid development of system of search and recruitment through social networks is the most important factor influencing the situation of recruiting services. Recruiting is a social activity, and social networking offers many new and effective ways for social interaction that allows to satisfy the needs of the enterprise in the field of employment. Recent studies of search and recruitment through social networks are held by specialized companies and by the companies that use this tool. However, it should be noted that the use of social media for recruitment is a relatively new tool, and therefore requires in-depth study. In enterprises, companies and firms of all forms one of the most important aspects of personnel management is the recruitment of the required number of staff which has the necessary and desired for this enterprise professional and personal characteristics. For the full acquisition of the company´s staff must consider all possible means of search and recruitment. Given the rapid pace of development of information technologies, large companies increasingly turn to social networks. They play an increasingly important role in the strategy of companies for recruitment.
