Abstract:
Global rapid changes in economy stressing importance of staff development in the organizations for achievement long competitive advantage. It will allow to raise a personnel involvement into processes of changes and to prevent resistance to organizational changes.
In this article are considered approaches of staff development in the conditions of organizational changes.
